Founded in 2010 in the heart of Shenzhen's Bao'an electronics corridor, EMS-IOT began as a small PCB assembly shop serving Huaqiangbei trading firms. Over 15 years, we have grown into a 100,000-square-foot dedicated IoT module manufacturing facility with 12 high-speed SMT lines running 24/6.
Our facility sits 15 minutes from SEG Electronics Market, 20 minutes from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport, and 40 minutes from Yantian Container Port. This hyper-proximity to the world's densest component supply chain gives our customers an unmatchable advantage: same-day BOM quoting, next-day prototype assembly, and aggressive unit economics that no factory outside the Pearl River Delta can match.
Today, we ship over 5 million modules annually to customers across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Our engineering team of 40+ RF, embedded, and quality specialists provides end-to-end NPI support from schematic review to mass production.
